Submission Instructions for Practitioner Directory
How to request for your details to be added to the HEMDRA Practitioner Directory
In order to be added to the Practitioner Directory, please send us the following information using the form provided:
Your full name (as you would like it displayed in the directory)
Your email address
Your location, town or city and country
A short bio, eg 20 - 30 words
Where you would like your button to link to, eg your website, LinkedIn profile, Linktree, Facebook business page, email address, mobile number, etc. You can only choose one. If you have several you would like to include, we recommend using Linktree or Link in bio or similar.
Once you have submitted your form, please email us the following to info@hemdra.com:
Evidence of Hypnotherapy qualification
Evidence of insurance
Copy of Hypno-EMDR certificate
Photo/ Logo (minimum 1000 x 1000 px, jpg/ png/ pdf)
NB Please include your full name in the email subject line, eg HEMDRA Practitioner Directory: Dr Jane Smith
